صرح نائب رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية الدكتور عبدالملك المخلافي ان الحكومه اليمنية وقعت محضر تفاهم مع الأشقاء في المملكة العربية السعودية بشأن تصحيح وضع المقيمين بـ "هوية زائر".

وقال المخلافي في تغريده له على تويتر "وقع اليوم محضر مع الاشقاء في المملكة العربية السعودية بناء على توجيهات ملكية تضمن منح اقامة نظامية لحاملي هوية زائر من لديهم جواز سفر وعمل .

واضاف المخلافي في تغريداته " أنه سيتم توفير جوازات قريبا في محافظة عدن وعدد من المدن الاخرى لكافة المواطنيين اليمنيين الراغبين بإستخراج جوازات سفر .

وأشار الى انه سيتم الاعلان قريبا عن مراكز استقبال صرف جوازات السفر لحاملي هوية زائر وان الرئيس عبدربه منصور هادي وجه شخصيا بتوفير الجوازات ومنح الاقامة لحاملي هوية زائر وصدرت تعليمات من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز بناء على طلب الرئيس هادي .

وقال المخلافي سيكون بناء على توجيهات الرئيس هادي ستكون هناك شفافية كامله في تحديد رسوم الجوازات حيث سيتم اعلان ذالك مطالبا الجميع بالإلتزام.

وأكدت مصادر مطلعه "بأن توجيهات صدرت  من مكتب ولي العهد السعودي ووزير الداخليه الامير محمد بن نايف " بالموافقة على منح إقامة نظامية لمن حصل على هوية زائر لمن لديه جواز سفر.

وبحسب المعلومات التي كشفت عنها وثيقة رسميه " فإن كل من تقدم من  اليمنيين ممن سبق منحه بطاقة زائر وحصل على جواز سفر من سفارة اليمن او القنصلية  يتم تسجيل معلوماته الصحيحة على جواز سفره الجديد "نقل معلومات"، بعد التأكد من صحة البيانات وصحة جواز سفر المتقدم بعد التحقق من ذلك بالخصائص الحيوية.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Dr. Abdul Malik Mikhlafi that the Yemeni government signed the minutes of an understanding with our brothers in Saudi Arabia on remedy the situation of residents of the "identity of visitors."

Mikhlafi said in its note on his Twitter "today signed the minutes with the brothers in Saudi Arabia based on the ownership of directives to ensure the establishment of a regular granted to holders of the identity of the visitor to have a passport and work.

He Mikhlafi in Ngredath "that passports will be provided soon in Aden province and a number of other for all the citizens of Yemeni cities wishing extracting passports.

He pointed out that he will be released soon receive passports exchange to holders centers identity of visitors and that the president Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi face personally providing passports and the granting of residency holders identity of visitors were instructed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, at the request of President Hadi.

He Mikhlafi will be based on the directives of President Hadi there will be full transparency in determining the passport fees, where the piece will be announced urged everyone to abide by.

Informed sources confirmed that "the directives issued by the Office of the Saudi Crown Prince and Interior Minister Prince Mohammed bin Nayef," to approve the granting of a regular residence for those who got the identity of the visitor who has a passport.

According to information revealed by official documents ", all of the progress of Yemenis who have already been granted card visits and received a passport from Yemen embassy or consulate is recorded correct his information on his new passport," the transfer of information, "after confirmation of the validity of the data and the validity of the passport applicant after check it vital characteristics.
