العميد عبدالله الصبيحي قائد اللواء 39 مدرع لـ ( 14أكتوبر ) :
• اللواء 39 مدرع هو اللواء الذي لا تغيب عنه الشمس
• تنقصنا الامكانيات لمشاركة اخواننا في الامن والتعاون معهم
• الازدواج في عمل الاجهزة الامنية ظاهر .. والمداهمات بدون توجيهات شيء مقلق
• موقفنا وطني ولا ننتمي الى أي حزب سياسي
• مرتبات القيادات العسكرية موقوفة عند الحوثي وعفاش في صنعاء
• القيادات الامنية والعسكرية مدعوة الى توحيد الصفوف وترك المناكفات

أجرت صحيفة ( 14 أكتوبر ) حوارا مع العميد عبدالله الصبيحي قائد اللواء 39 مدرع واحد قادة معركة تحرير عدن ، لتسليط الضوء على مختلف القضايا الامنية في محافظة عدن .. وفيما يلي حصيلة الحوار :
1- ضعنا في الصورة امام المهام المنوطة باللواء 39 مدرع ؟
- هناك خطة أمنية محددة للواء 39 مدرع في محافظة عدن ، تشمل بعض المناطق ، لكن تنقصنا بعض الامكانيات لمشاركة اخواننا في الامن والتعاون معهم .. وان شاء الله بعد ان تصلنا الامكانيات سنقوم بمساعدة ادارة الامن .
2- الى أي مدى تم استيعاب شباب المقاومة الجنوبية في إطار عملية الدمج ؟
- نحن باذن الله سنقوم بترقيم عدد من شباب المقاومة .. وان شاء الله ستدفع بعض الوحدات الامنية بشكل كبير الى اللواء 131 واللواء 217 وان شاء الله سيستوعب كل شباب المقاومة في إطار تنفيذ قرار فخامة الرئيس عبدربه منصور هادي القائد الاعلى للقوات المسلحة .. وسترون قريبا ان شباب المقاومة قد تم استيعابهم بشكل عام في الجيش الوطني .
3- ماهي أبرز الصعوبات التي تواجهكم ؟
- نقص الامكانيات صعوبة تواجه كل القيادات الامنية ، بالاضافة الى ان مرتبات القيادات موقفة عند الحوثي وعفاش في صنعاء ، وكذلك مرتبات الافراد المستوعبين من شباب المقاومة في الجيش الوطني ، ونحن نعتبرها تحديات أمامنا لاعادة مجد الجيش الوطني والمحافظات الجنوبية واعادتها الى الجاهزية القتالية السابقة ، ونحن سبق وان أقمنا بحفل تخرج 2000 شخص من شباب المقاومة في سبيل العمل على اعادة مجد الجيش الوطني .
4- هل يشارك اللواء في الحملات الامنية في عدن ام يقتصر دوره على الجانب العسكري ؟
- نحن نعتبر اللواء 139 اللواء الذي لا تغيب عنه الشمس وشاركنا في كل الجبهات والمناطق .
5- لواءكم يتبع أي جهة في الدولة ؟
- اللواء 139 مدرع يتبع المنطقة العسكرية الرابعة بقيادة اللواء أحمد سيف اليافعي .
6- هل هناك تنسيق بينكم وبين قيادة الحزام الامني ؟
- نحن جاهزون للتنسيق لكن نرى ان هناك خصوصيات في بعض الامور ، والاصل ان تجتمع اللجنة الامنية بقيادة محافظ محافظة عدن والاخ قائد المنطقة لتحديد مهام الوحدات العسكرية الموجودة في محافظة عدن لعمل حزام امني في عدن وتوزيع قطاعات جديدة حسب ما نفهم نحن كعسكريين ، ولكن تاتي الرياح بما لا تشتهي السفن .. هناك الوية الآن خرجت - لا ندري من اين - تشارك في هذه المهام .
7- من خلال موقعكم كقائد للواء 39 مدرع ، هل ترى ان هناك ازدواجا في عمل الأجهزة الأمنية في محافظة عدن ؟
- الازدواج ظاهر ، والشيء المقلق والمزعج الآن هي مسألة المداهمات ، عندما تتصل بنائب وزير الداخلية يقول لك انا ليس لدي علم ، وعندما تتصل بمحافظ عدن يقول لك انا لم اعط توجيهات ، تتصل بالاخ مدير امن عدن يقول لك انا لا اعلم عن هذا .. فيفترض من الاخوة في وزارة الداخلية ان يستوعبوا ان يكونوا هم المسؤولين الاوائل امام الناس على اساس عدم الازدواجية .. واذا استمرت المداهمات بهذه الطريقة وكل مسؤول يقول انا ليس لدي علم سيضطر كل شخص ان يستعين بقبيلته حتى تحميه .
8- من الذي يعطي أوامر المداهمات اذن اذا كان لا يعلم بها المحافظ ومدير الامن كما تقول ؟
- هذا السؤال يوجه للاخ نائب وزير الداخلية والاخ محافظ عدن ومدير الامن ، لانه لا يصح ان تداهم بيوت الناس ولا احد يعرف من اعطى التوجيهات .. نحن قاتلنا الحوثي وعفاش على اساس حماية اعراضنا واهلنا والذي يفكر بدخول بيوت الناس سنقطع يده ونكسر رجله .
9- وجهت اتهامات لكم بالانتماء لحزب الاصلاح وتسخير اللواء لصالح الحزب .. ما صحة هذا الكلام ؟
- هذا يعني ان عادل الحالمي اصلاحي وجمال الصبيحي القيادي في الحراك اصلاحي والعمودي مساعد وزير الدفاع اصلاحي ، ويعني ان كل من حضر حفل التخرج اصلاحيون وينبغي ان تسالوهم لماذا حضرتم حفل تخرج ( 2000 ) اصلاحي كما زعموا ، هذا غير ان علم الجنوب كان يرفرف على يمين وشمال المنصة .
10- ليس لدى العميد الصبيحي موقف سياسي معين ؟
- انا موقفي موقف وطني ، أحب كل الوطنيين من مختلف الاحزاب ، ولا انتمي لحزب سياسي ، ولا احب الانتماءات العصبية ، ولدينا قرار في القانون العسكري ان من تحزب في الوحدات العسكرية يفصل من القوات المسلحة ، نحن نحب أبناء الوطن كلهم ، هناك في الحراك وطنيون ، وفي حزب الاصلاح وطنيون ، وهناك ناس وطنيون في الاخوة السلفيين ، نحن نحب كل انسان وطني ولا ننتمي لاي حزب .
11- بعد عام من التحرير ، الى أي مدى ممكن القول إن مدينة عدن اصبحت مؤمنة ؟
- بالنسبة لنا نحن الجنوبيين عندنا صفة خاصة ، قد نختلف بيننا البين لكن عندما تشتد الخطوب في البلد كل الناس تتوحد ، ولا يحلم الحوثي ولا عفاش ان يدخل بلدنا .
12- في محافظة أبين .. لماذا باعتقادك لم يحسم الامر عسكريا مع القاعدة وتم اللجوء الى وساطة قبلية لاخراج القاعدة ؟
- هذا السؤال يوجه للاخ محافظ محافظة أبين ، كان يفترض ان تدعم محافظة ابين بامكانيات لتستطيع القوات المسلحة مواجهة أي هجوم على المحافظة .. ولكن ربما المخرج يريد ان يكون السيناريو هكذا .
13- كنتم أحد قادة عملية تحرير عدن .. هل تستذكرون مواقف ينبغي التوقف عندها في عملية التحرير ؟
- نحن لا نحب ان نتكلم عن انفسنا إلا حين نسأل ، لان هذا واجبنا ، واللواء 39 مدرع حقق انجازات عظيمة ، خلال 72 ساعة من داخل العريش الى داخل مودية ولودر ، اعتقد لو رجعنا للخلف والتاريخ لا يوجد لواء زحف هذه المساحة في هذه المدة .
14- كيف تنظرون الى جهود تأمين عدن ؟
- تأمين عدن بحاجة الى امكانيات والى اخلاص القادة وتفاني في العمل دون أي تسميات ، انا ارجو من الكل ان يتركوا الحزبية وراء ظهورهم وان يتفرغوا لبناء وطنهم .. اما التصنيفات للاشخاص فلا يتكلم بها الا من كان يتبع علي عبدالله صالح .. والا فما الذي ازعجهم عند تخرج الفين من شباب المقاومة الا انهم ابواق لعفاش .. ولو فتحتم قناة المسيرة واليمن اليوم للاحظتم انهم ساروا في سياق واحد ضد حفل التخرج .
نحن في عدن خلال الحرب كان كل ابناء عدن لحمة واحدة ،ولا ينبغي ان نعود للتصنيفات .
15- ما هي رسالتكم للقيادات الامنية والعسكرية ؟
- رسالتنا أن يوحدوا الصف وان يكون الجميع اخوة متحابين وان نوحد صفنا ونترك أي مناكفات سياسية او حزبية .
