صرح المبعوث الأممي لليمن ولد الشيخ  في بيان نشره الخميس 26 مايو إن احاطته التي قدمها الأربعاء إلى مجلس الأمن، تضمنت محاور سياسية عما آلت إليه المشاورات بين الأطراف اليمنية، بالإضافة إلى محور إداري عن توسع عمل مكتب الأمم المتحدة في اليمن.
وجدد ولد الشيخ التأكيد على أن "دعم المجتمع الدولي للملف اليمني غير مسبوق وآمل ان يستفيد منه الأطراف لضمان الاستقرار لليمن وتحسين الوضع الأمني والاقتصادي والسياسي".

وأشار إلى أنه "بذل الجهود اللازمة مع وفد مليشيات الحوثي والمخلوع صالح لتأكيد عودته لعضوية لجنة التنسيق والتهدئة".

وقال الوسيط الدولي: "لقد سلمني وفد مليشيات الحوثي والمؤتمر الشعبي العام  رسالة يؤكد فيها عودة أعضائه لمتابعة مهامهم ضمن لجنة التنسيق والتهدئة".

وأردف ان "تعاون الأطراف ضمن لجنة التهدئة والتنسيق لمتابعة التطورات الميدانية ضروري وهو مؤشر ايجابي لالتزام الجميع بتثبيت وقف الأعمال القتالية".


Said UN envoy to Yemen Ould Cheikh in a statement posted Thursday, May 26 that his briefing to the Security Council Wednesday, which included political axes what outcome of the consultations between the Yemeni parties, in addition to the administrative hub for the expansion work of the United Nations Office in Yemen.
The new Ould Cheikh emphasize that the "international community's support for the Yemeni file is unprecedented and I hope that the benefit of the parties to ensure the stability of Yemen and to improve the security, economic and political situation."

He pointed out that "to make efforts with a delegation Houthi militias and in favor of the deposed to confirm his return to the membership of the Coordinating Committee and calm."

He said the international mediator: "Houthi militias delegation and the General People's Congress has handed me a message confirming the return of its members to follow their duties within the Coordinating Committee and calm."

And he added that "cooperation among parties Pacification Commission and coordination to follow developments in the field is necessary, which is a positive indicator of the commitment of all installed the cessation of hostilities."
