وبحسب التوجيهات الساميه فإنه عند استكمال المتقدم نقل المعلومات على جواز سفره، وبعد استكمال إجراءات وزارة العمل يمنح الإقامة النظامية إنفاذًا للأمر السامي الكريم، إذا لم يكن عليه أي ملاحظة.

ووجهت المديرية العامة للجوازات بضرورة الرفع اليومي بالإحصائيات لمن يتم منحهم الإقامة والاستفادة من الأمر السامي الكريم، على أن تستقبل طلباتهم بعد استكمالها بجميع المناطق..
