ظهر المخلوع  علي عبدالله صالح مجدداً عبر "فيسبوك" وقال في منشور بأنه استقبل السفير الروسي بصنعاء السيد فلاديمير ديدوشكين، بمناسبة العيد السادس والعشرين لذكرى إعادة تحقيق الوحدة اليمنية.

واضاف أن السفير ديدوشكين، أكد أن روسيا الاتحادية تنظر إلى الوحدة اليمنية كعمل تاريخي عزز الأمن والسلم الدوليين.

وفي اللقاء جرى استعراض تطورات الأحداث في الجمهورية اليمنية، كما قدم السفير الروسي عرضاً بالتحركات واللقاءات التي أجراها مع الأطراف السياسية.

واستمع السفير الروسي إلى موقف المؤتمر الشعبي العام الإيجابي في لقاءات الكويت على الرغم من عدم احترام وقف إطلاق النار وتثبيته وإيقاف التحشيد العسكري إلى الجبهات، بالإضافة إلى الانتهاكات السعودية للتفاهمات التي تم الاتفاق بشأنها مع الأمم المتحدة.


وكشف "صالح" أنه حمل  سفير روسيا الاتحادية السيد فلاديمير ديدوشكين، رسالة تضمنت رؤية المؤتمر الشعبي العام لمعالجة القضايا الوطنية في ظل المشاورات في الكويت، وكذا تطلعات المؤتمر إلى تعزيز العلاقات السياسية بين حزب روسيا والمؤتمر الشعبي العام.

وأوضح المصدر بحسب مسند للأنباء، أن صالح طلب لقاء سفير موسكو لدى صنعاء، إثر تلقيه معلومات بتحركات يجريها أعضاء وفد جماعة الحوثيين، في محادثات الكويت، لجهة تمرير صيغة اتفاق على ضوء تفاهمات مع السعودية.

وقال إن الرئيس المخلوع صالح أبلغ السفير الروسي بوجود تفاهمات بين السعودية ومليشيات الحوثي للدفع باتجاه تسوية شاملة تستبعد حزبه المؤتمر، وإخراجه من المشهد في اليمن.

وذكر أن ترتيب بنود الاتفاق، خلال لقاء جمع ممثلين عن زعيم مليشيات الحوثي عبد الملك الحوثي، مع مسؤولين سعوديين في مدينة الظهران جنوب المملكة، موضحا أن لقاء جمع رئيس وفد الحوثيين محمد عبد السلام بالسفير السعودي لدى اليمن، في الكويت، عزز تلك التفاهمات.

وأضاف الرئيس السابق إنه تم الاتفاق بين الجانبين (الحوثيين والسعودية) على إبقاء عبدربه منصور هادي رئيساً بلا صلاحيات لفترة محدودة ودون العودة إلى صنعاء".
وطلب صالح من الجانب الروسي التدخل لدى جماعة الحوثيين وإقناعهم بالالتزام بالرؤية الموحدة للطرفين (حزب المؤتمر والحوثيين) التي سلمت في وقت سابق للأمم المتحدة.

والأسبوع الماضي نشبت خلافات عميقة ين أعضاء وفدي حزب صالح وجماعة الحوثي إلى محادثات السلام اليمنية في الكويت، على خلفية لقاء خاص جمع أعضاء من وفد ميليشيا الحوثي، في الكويت، بالسفير السعودي لدى اليمن، فيما استثنى اللقاء ممثلي حزب المؤتمر.

وناقش اللقاء مع الدبلوماسي السعودي، صيغة اتفاق شامل بشأن الأزمة في اليمن، بمشاركة جماعة الحوثيين، في وقت يستبعد أنصار صالح.

وقدم صالح في اللقاء مع السفير الروسي، رؤية المؤتمر الشعبي، لحل الأزمة عبر محادثات الكويت، بحيث يتم الدخول في مرحلة انتقالية جديدة من نقطة ما بعد خروج هادي.

وقال مصدر "مسند للأنباء" إن صالح تمسك بخروج هادي كمدخل لأي حل، على أن يقوم بنقل مهامه إلى حكومة جديدة تشكل بالتوافق، ويلي ذلك تشكيل لجنتين عسكرية وأمنية تهيئ لمسار الانتقال السياسي.

في حين أكد أن أي تفاهمات بين الجانبين – الحوثيين والسعودية-لا تعني حزب صالح، ولن يكون ملزما بتنفيذها.

وحاول الرئيس المخلوع صالح اقناع الجانب الروسي بالتدخل لدى الأمم المتحدة واحباط أي إجراء قد يتخذه مجلس الأمن بحقه، حال انقضت المهلة التي حددها المجلس للأطراف اليمنية المشاركة لإنجاز اتفاق في محادثات الكويت.

ولفت المصدر أن المخلوع صالح أبدى استعداده لتنفيذ قرار مجلس الأمن، لكنه طلب تدخلا روسيا لإلغاء العقوبات الدولية عليه وعلى نجله أحمد.
